In this excursion you will have the opportunity to discover the production and birth of these cheeses by visiting the dairy farm with a guided tour in Italian or English, you will learn how from a single raw material such as milk can be transformed into different types of cheese from the mildest to the most flavorful. At the end of the guided tour, the experience continues by moving from theory to practice! A rich cheese tasting will await you in the dairy farm restaurant.
In addition to discovering the typical flavors of this area, on this excursion, you will also have the opportunity to experience an outdoor activity on an electric bike along the Valsassina bike and pedestrian path that will allow you to discover the unspoiled landscapes of the Valley, from Pasturo to Taceno and back. The following materials will be provided free of charge to all participants during the visit: shoe covers, gown and cap, which are mandatory during the visit.
it is recommended to dress covered and with warm clothing as during the visit to the dairy the internal temperatures are low due to the presence of cold rooms.
