Malgrate is a picturesque municipality located opposite the city of Lecco. Its recently refurbished and modernly laid out lakeside promenade, with wooden walkways, fountains, and metal benches, offers breathtaking views of Mount San Martino and Mount Resegone.
The lake offers the opportunity to practice various water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing and many others.
Also near the lake, it is possible to visit the Cappella dei Morti di Peste (Chapel of the Dead of Plague) free of charge, a very interesting and evocative historical and commemorative find. Not far away, you can admire the Church of Sant'Antonio Abate, a small but characteristic chapel in a quiet and peaceful area.
