12:00 Lunch based on selected mixed cold cuts, 2 red wines, handmade pizzoccheri and tasting of cheeses with 2 other red wines, including Sforzato wine, typical dessert, water, and coffee

14:00 Start of the guided tour. The itinerary includes a visit to the ancient aging cellar, the cellar and the underground tasting room. The tour continues with the tasting of 5 wines chosen by the customer from all the production available in the cellar (Classics, Reserves and Sforzati)
